The scammer has already paused to accept more signature campaigns, therefore I think they meet some customers leave the site so they can't profit, it caused he can't pay more signature campaigners. He scams newbie and junior members, we will win the war to fight against scammers. They will shut down their service in one day.
Maybe you are right,i dont actually have an idea regarding on secondstrade issues but seeing on his feedback there are lots of complaints regarding on this service which means it does give negative impact on his site and people will surely keep away until the site goes down.
Yes there are alot of complains and issues with the site that is causing him to lose customers. Some are his issues and some aren't.
The issues that he should deal with is fixing the quotes on the site, lowering the house edge, and adding more instruments.
Some of the other issues that are difficult to fix is the whole double spending problem. Because of the way bitcoin is designed its not easy to fix this. People basically take advantage by making a bet, waiting to see if it wins or not. If it loses then they just double spend another transaction to themselves with a huge miner fee so the latter transaction confirms but not the first.
That's why me and others suggested that this site have a username/password with a balance and there would be no need to rely on bitcoin network to make every bet.
