so i decided to go the qr route for double authentication. scanned it. my info showed up on the ios app. now i goto log in and it says wrong code.

i thought maybe im typing it to slow so i tried again, an again.. an u know.. again but now im locked out. any idea what the issue could be and how to unlock account?
