Their terrible support and bugs that they fail to fix for years is the reason I switched my main use card to other bitcoin card provider(not here to advertise, you have plenty of alternatives, check them out). it's 50/50 if your money won't be stuck in "Pending" for a week only because they can't fix their bugs and support takes a week to answer
