btc38.com ceased the deposit for somedays from 2/10/2017 or 2/11/2017, possibly because they just find something wrong then, but they just reopen the deposit two days later.
the btc38.com holds 155000coins in total as viewed on the chinese version website on 1/25/2017, and the number of coins goes up to 43000coins till now. Seems most of that increase comes from the hacker.
