At the moment, Bittrex has the highest volume for Waves and orders are easily filled. I am using both Tidex and Bittrex for buying Waves. Tidex is good because it is currently the only exchange offering WCT and wBTC.

I have done more research and had some feedback and bittrex certainly looks best for waves but incent is my first priority buy so crytopia is the place to be
I will just be patient on cryptopia for waves buys
an important consideration with cryptopia is lack of verification bullshit compared to polo and bittrex I rather like the relaxed atmosphere there
A word of advice, collect WCT before Incent while idiots are selling them for peanuts!
