Can someone who knows explain what he means by Level 2 support? And what list is he talking about?
I'm on the 4/9 list, waiting for remaining btc to be transferred to me at the exchange rate at deposit time. So I'm guessing that's my "second issue" right? What do you mean this may be the only response to your first issue. Not understanding this post very well...
