One thing you can never question is their support system as they are fast in responding to your queries .I understand the fact that there is a withdrawal delay for big amounts but so is the case with every gambling sites when dealing with big amounts.
The first response is quick. But it is the time they got a solution. That normally takes a while and should be faster.
