You don't get money from burned coins, you lose money and lots of it 
There is no way to burn coin. They just send them to another wallet and said that will not use them, but who knows...
No it's absolutely not as simple as "[we] said that [we] will not use them"
No one has the private key for the address and generating is mathematically impossible. You can read this in the past discussions in this thread and in fact you can generate the address the same way I did if you would so like:

How do we know the burnt bitcoins cannot be used again?
