Maybe it was all just coincidences with nobody realizing the potential impact on he dam but to blast at this point would be insane or an outright conspiracy. So I say no way they're gonna do any blasting at that quarry.
I seen a govt funded survey in Canadian news last year that proved beyond any doubt the blasting they are doing in Alberta for the Oil Sands is indeed causing earth quakes.. and lots of them and far more than they realized too.
So ya never know
