Big fee because people mosly play with small amounts, so transaction has more inputs if you win.
Some people, in other section, offer to work with Doge to avoid this.

your amount can be too small for withdrawal because of bitcoin net fee. As site didn't get any commision and have RTP 100% bitcoin commision fee will be subtracted from your amount.
My advise - try to win more. It's easy to get about 1500-2000.
