Well at this time the seller is basically a SCAMMER
Bought an account and paid half upfront. He has since disappeared.
If he does come back and deliver, I'll update here.
Till then, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Stop going first against a newbie its not worth trust me, and im 100% sure hes not giving the account to you
