agreed. The idea that a user has to jave money in his account or to deposit money in his account first before being able to participate looks nothing but a ponzi scheme. It's like they have to pay to get a membership or something just to help you out advertise your site. I kinda know someone who does the same previously and trust me it didn't end well because he only gained more negatives thus his site was completely ignored.
