What secrets? Everything is there to see, you can see his posts, you can see the source code if you want and see if you find something there, the only secret that Satoshi kept was his identity and at this point who he is is irrelevant for the price of bitcoin.

about price of bitcoin will be increase or decrease, It is depend on demand and supply
