Bank accepts bitcoin is not the news, there is an intermediate machine which is bitcoin teller machine(ATM in bitcoin, aka BTM), so you can transfer money into check, bitcoin, fiat, bank account balance.
I've never heard of this one, but how come that there would be an ATM machine if there is no bank, I mean, who would supply the money on that certain ATM, right? Correct me if I am wrong. It might be hard if it would be that mere ATM processing and managing bitcoins and fiat on it, maybe there is a "Bank" that is supplying that ATM that you were saying, or a company maybe
I'm not very familiar with this matter, but I heard about these ATMs many times myself. As I understand it, you don't need to be a bank to place such machines. You may simply strike an agreement with a real bank and they will be offering such service on your behalf while you will be covering their expenses through different payment channels. For example, you can withdraw fiat from your bank account using an ATM belonging to another bank
With Bitcoin, it is essentially the same
