I guess you're right most of the buyers in the account of bitcointalk was a scammer, but I'm not saying all buyers only majority of them. I think selling your account here in the forum thread is quite not formal. The worst is even you sold your account you are no longer liable in it. But your name can be use for bad or legal. I guess it will not be use for bad, or else your name and reputation in this forum will be damage at all even you're not doing any bad things in real life.

I agree with you. People who want to buy accounts are often people who want to join signature campaigns.
If a person wants to make a fraud he can open a new account in person. But we have to wait for our rank to increase in order to be able to join signature campaigns.
