Thanks for your reply. ZClassic would be a viable investment nowadays, due to its active community and fair distribution. It resembles Bitcoin's path, perhaps making it a very successful Zero Knowledge Proof coin in the long term. The competition is fierce among many ZCash/Zcoin clones, but only those who can provide constant development, an active community, and usability, may be prone to survive in the future.

Nevertheless, I won't invest into ZCash until I find its price to be stable enough among the markets. Since it's in its first 4 years of mining for the founder's reward, its price would become rather unstable. I hope that after that, its true value would be revealed among the popular exchanges. Just my thoughts.
