For the near future, certainly not possible. But if bitcoin can last up to 25 years, I believe that bitcoin will replace the dollar. users of the bitcoin is always increasing, and certainly had a strong chance to replace dollar.
In positive way, bitcoin will be progressive, and so asking of bitcoin will going to replace dollar, I guess it takes years so many years to take before replacing dollar. But the possibility is there since many people nowadays that are using this and still registering to access bitcoin, the problem that it may take is on how all people can access this easily not using laptop, phone or CPU.
