all coins should be distributed. i am sure its possible. if its urgent, not really.

definitly waiting. they cant release new shares anyway, if there is no product you can sell. if a company want to use heat it has no invest alot. so that is not going to happen. the IPO would make sense for me if i could sell my shares with a gain and invest the profit into the heat ledger ltd. company.
