I mean, the more I yelled, the more Investards contributed to the ICO, later they, like always, beg to suck my dick for help in getting their moneys back. I have recently started development of application based on blockchain. I am working on a new altcoin for the application. I would like to know what is the process to launch it on bitcoin talk. I have seen the announcement board and found a few PRE-ANN altcoins. Can someone please help me by explaining what is the difference between PRE-ANN and ANN? Also how do I go about announcing my own altcoin?
