Don't ask everyone to trust you. I don't say you're bad or untrusted person but this is highly discouraged, but just make peoples trust you naturally (with offering your services without asking for positive trust) and don't force them with "I want to build Positive trust".

The kind of negative feedback you have is not good for escrow "Lied about getting a scammy loan request. I wouldn't trust this guy with a 10 foot pole."you should first address this issue first before competing or offering escrow,I will not get your service even if it free..
