Thanks Zend7,

Ok. Let me tell you what exactly I would like to achieve.
I have a bank account in Serbia and I have a bank account in Slovakia.
I would like to transfer some money from Slovak bank account to the Serbian one.
If I use the bank transfer, they are gong to charge me a high fee for this service and will use the high exchange rate.
However, if i buy bitcoin in Slovakia from my Slovak bank account and sell it in Serbia, then I can supposedly transfer the money to my Serbian bank account.
Could you please explain to me how you would do it (in steps if it is possible)?

Didn't you just explain it in steps yourself? It's how I'd do it. Bitcoin isn't bound to geographical borders so any bitcoins you acquire anywhere in the world, by whatever means, will end up in your wallet. these you can sell anywhere in the world.

Do keep in mind that bitcoins price fluctuates and you should sell yours as fast as possible after you purchased because there's always chance you lose money from a simple pricedrop. Bitcoin is on an alltime high now.
