Wait, so when I asked about frozen vidz on the PV site I was told it had nothing to do with this. Now they are going to do something about it?
I don't get it. I just wanted to know why they were frozen. Are you saying they aren't there anymore? So It would make no sense to hold onto my account on PV? So basically, the half that I left on the site to not trade or now burn are worth nothing so I will be forced to go all in on Novus in order to recover?
I love these projects but this is starting to be a pain. That is why I wanted some info on the frozen vidz on the 16th. Clarity

I and Novus do have nothing to do with it. I don't know what information you want me to give you because I am no longer are part of the Pure Vidz team nor do I have control over any of the infrastructure. You sound like you're one of the people affected by this so

Yeah go for it, I can't guarantee I'll be able to do anything about it but I think it's worth first assessing how many people exactly are in this situation. If it's any many as he's making it seem and a ton of people PM me then i'll definitely try to go out of my way to help people but if its just 1 or 2 people... I can't really be held responsible for them choosing to leave their coins on the site for so long especially when I no longer had control over anything after I left the project.

Send me a PM so I can keep track of those who have this problem. First it needs to be assessed how many people are having this problem and it's a complicated issue because I can't promise to do anything for you within Novus because for one the situation could easily change should PV return and you're then able to withdraw your VIDZ but also it's not trustless system. It could easily be abused by people in the right positions.

If it's just one or two people it is better for you. Just ask for their login details if they want them burned for novus then change the account details to your own email and pass. You now have charge of it over them.
Next create novus for them and withhold it. Until you can either extract the vidz and burn or else it is confirmed a total scam and PV site vanishes and PV become a dead coin. If during the hold period say ....until full release of your project he comes back and takes charge of these vidz himself then the novus held for them will need be burned I suppose sadly and they get nothing. If that does happen we can safely say PV is dead anyway since he will be a confirmed scammer.
This one or two people won't count caveat seems to have been added recently. I don't think that is wise or logical. It's less risk to you if it is one or two people and less hassle.
There is argument that you only have to give them 1/2 novus i guess if PV never returns and you can not burn them. Just be fair with people and even show good will. It will go a long way for you in the future. You can do it without even much risk to your project or even make it a possible gain for yourself if you offer those desperate to get out of vidz but can not because their tokens are locked down then offer them 1/2 novus...so you both share risk. If he fixes the hotwallet you can extract and burn and gain... if he does not then you may not even lose the vidz project is just dead and those tokens would have been burned anyway. He comes back and changes the db values for the coins?? then he is a scammer and project is dead anyway. I don't see much downside for you and people who paid for vidz get something even though the PV dev abandoned and you switched to a new project.
I don't like ico and hardly invest but i would never go into vidZ now after a lapse of contact like this. It is not feasible for devs to act like this at all. I would perhaps consider novus if there is iron clad escrow terms to bring to full release a product with milestones and releases which mean something fully usuable has to be created before my btc is taken and if the persons character looks like one you can trust and believe to be fair.
