But your account was closed cause our security estimated your disputable bets as the T&C violation.

My request was not successfully solved!!! I have done no withdrawal in the last 30 days!!!!! My account was closed because of some bets I have done??? What have I done wrong in this matter??? I have nearly 4 BTC on my account and your only advice and help is to open a new account with the same email adress??? What is going here???

My account 13023913 is blocked for over 1 MONTH!!! AND  ONCE AGAIN: I MADE NO WITHDRAWAL!!! Why are you lying???

Have a look for it!!!  Account number 13023913 with nearly 4 BTC!!! is blocked and there was no withdrawal over 1 month!!!
