I think will be a long and bounce up from the bottom, up to 0.02 btc
If it over shoot, 0.03 is possible.
in my experience most of the time when the pump and dump altcoins have rallies after their ATH and specially after so many dumps, they can no longer achieve their highest price, in this case ~0.03
BTC because traders know the real potential and start dumping long before the ATH to be able to get out.
The price of bitcoin is higher now. So it might not be 0.03 btc.
