So we can give you some our idea to develop that idea, than what will we get after give your team some idea and that idea is very good project in the future? Or we can join to develop it and get some profit? 
You may give your idea and get it done for you. We can do such a project in our free time. We don't ask for any investment or risk from your side except giving us your idea about a new project.
