You made an error in counting RES earned, in the twitter spreedsheet you can see that I have (twchannelx) more than 600+ followers (20000+) but I received only 2 RES for the retweet+follow instead of 4 RES.

You're in luck! Thunder Bolt logged in today, albeit hasn't posted for exactly 14 days now, but rest assured that he and Team RES are doing something. That something may not involve Respectonomy, but it's something nonetheless. I'm guessing that tomorrow they'll be doing something else.
