YO!

Keep the emails coming via PM!  I am logging them as they come in and if you have a response from level 2 support I am giving you your response!

Don't worry about which list date your on.  I have combined them all at this point!  Customer service WILL get better slowly as we make upgrades to manage the volume!!!
