It seems to me that it is just misleading fans bitcoin. You need to look at things realistically. Bitcoin if it becomes popular, it is only for a special group of people. Officially no one recognizes because bitcoin does not pay taxes.

Bitcoin popularity is increasing regularly, so in future it won't be for a specific group of people. It gets used in all fields of living. Sure countries will recommend bitcoin, though tax evasion is a major problem with bitcoin. Systematic approach will help in taxation too, one example is Israel indicating bitcoin as a taxable asset similar to gold.

Yes you are right. Bitcoin is getting popular day by day. More people started using bitcoins . Bitcoin has got the potential to become the future of money. But I am sure one day all governments will definitely ban usage of bitcoins . Offcourse there are many advantages if bitcoin is used .But everybody is forgetting one thing ie Safety of humanity.Just imagine if bitcoins are used for illegal acivities like terrorism One day all governments will realize this and will ban usage of bitcoins. That day bitcoins price will drop or crash.
