Sure countries will recommend bitcoin, though tax evasion is a major problem with bitcoin. Systematic approach will help in taxation too, one example is Israel indicating bitcoin as a taxable asset similar to gold.
I have not come across information about bitcoin in Israel. If this country has found a way to accept Bitcoin as payment, which I very much doubt, then perhaps other countries will be more tractable. It is necessary to search for information about it. I am not aware.
