All I can says was that is the most ridiculous I've ever heard.
First I don't believe in fortune teller or psychic person, because their prophecy or guess was not accurate or precise to be happen, there is always in between if they tell something in the present 50/50 chances to be happen only.
Well if they really can predict the future, i don't think we would have any fortune tellers at all because most of them would likely be millionaires already and have won lottery jackpots. For gambling, i don't think it's reliable to consult fortune tellers for tips as they should have applied these to themselves. Gambling is basically just random results and nothing influences the outcome so we really won't know if we're going to win or not
