I thought for a rate or price will always equal bitcoin bitcoin all markets worldwide. so you will not be able to get a cheaper price or higher. if you want to find as you wish. look for the user who wants to sell or buy directly
I think OP's trying to say is that those Exchangers out there that is being use by the traders all around the world, like C-CEX, YOBIT, LIQUI.IO and so on, but what you have said is right. In order to have bitcoin in a legit way, you have to find a legit seller of bitcoin online or either a person that sells bitcoin, and if it is going to ask, I would rather buy bitcoin in person, than buying online, just being safe. So, after you bought bitcoin, then you could start to do the Trading, because you already have bitcoin that you are going to use in buying bitcoins, but you have to be a wise when you are going to do the Trading business.

Buy bitcoins on its DUMP state, then sell it on a price that you know that you will have enough profit , simple as that.
