The pattern that has emerged is that whenever bitcoin hits a new hundred dollar incremental rise of $1100 or $1200, the chinese government then issues a warning to the chinese exchanges and the chinese bitcoin markets then dive and xaurum follows.
So, will it be the $1200 bitcoin level or the higher $1300 level that alerts the chinese government?

Good observation, on the other hand it would be interesting to find out if bitcoin will reach a new all time high since 2013 ahead of SEC ruling.
I doubt any news from PBOP will have any significant impact on the price of Bitcoin now, Bitcoin has huge market now unlike 2013, market like India, Venezuela, Nigeria are all huge market and places would help to sustain the price
