if you have nothing to fear and if you are serious you would not ask for no comments from people with serious doubts about your seriousness and you need to be more transparent IMHO

you have no chance to sell it with this kind of zero transparency and same happened to your search for investors

let your partners join in here cause you are the wrong guy for such negotiations. or maybe you are the sole owner
