Yea, I think it could be influenced by that. Yesterday, there was over 100k of unconfirmed transactions on blockchain and standard transaction which usually needs tens of minutes to confirm, now it takes hours or even days. If you need your transaction to be confirmed quickly, you need to pay 200 satoshi per byte at least.
