I was looking for a hook to get me into ethereum but this was so old and the guy who started it probably ran off with the rescue eth. So the ransom was not paid.
Such a 'pit'y. It did look fun while it was happening but eventually these always end in the investor's losing their money/eth and the creator(s) running off with the loot.
