How do i disable 2FA ?

It's asking for 'my wallet signature', i have ONLY ever used one wallet/payout address for years, where is the signature

ALSO i have 2FA but can not find it in any of my 2FA apps ? Google Authenticator, Authy and OTP Auth...

Anyone help me please...
