when i want open wallet zeitcoin i see this error:
a total error occurred.zeitcoin can no longer continue safely and will quit.

St13runtime means your LevelDB Database files are corrupted.

Be sure to have a backup copy of your wallet, before starting.
Post after you install the snapshot and let us know if you are good.
