130w when not mining i meant, thats what idle means.. system at idle state.. 
I can get 820hs @ 0.88v that's 190w from wall, where 105w is the system when it's idle. So the gpu eats 85w when under load.

oh,thats my home computer, i5 clocked@4.4MH , a few coolers, 2xhdd 1xssd, so i think it's all ok to consume 105w
