I am offering 40000 GPU Coins.
I will pay you up to 10000 coins at time of completion.
For 6 months I will hold the other 30 000 in a staking wallet. At which point you will get 30000 + compounded stake
I will require you to edit (not overhaul) it 3-5 times in that 6 months.

Isnt it too low for compensation vs. the current price?
ANN thread design needs time and skills, and some pay 0.1 - 1 BTC for that service alone.
Throw in the staking of 25% payment for 6 months and 3-5 times revisions..

120 - 1150$ to arrange a small amount of words and text on a colorful background and drop 1 link?
? I'm just trying to include the community in the project, get more people involved, bring attention. I can have my new ANN image made on Fiverr for five bucks and edit myself later.
This isn't a rare skill worth hundreds upon hundreds of dollars and I'm not paying someone 120 to 1150 US dollars
To answer your question, I think compensation is appropriate for the very small commitment. Isn't the thought of being part of the project and seeing your work in action payment enough ? I bet our logo designer giggles every time he see's his work on an exchange, faucet, thread, website, my avatar . .
