Well I don't know what that sentence means but its based on your reaction well its really serious and bad manners i believed. Also in this kind of forum non of that matters now because people tend to don't care about their about what they reply or post or in other words they need really need attention from different user's like us to reaction on their post to have a limit of people to reply to that certain post its just they don't really care what they post but all they care about posting to their campaigns.
