It's peer to peer fundraising via donations. Similar to gofundme etc. There is no legal case. Never has been. Nobody ran off with money. They are still here. Project is ongoing.

In fact I look forward to running a node. And Lokesh is in slack if anyone bothered to even go in there. People need to stop trolling. Sounds like some people should not be in crypto either. You ALWAYS choose carefully when joining ICOs. I've lost several times in my day and I don't always agree with decisions made by the team but I don't think everything is a scam and cry on. It's about being part of something that is new and innovative.
