As it is right now I copied their site here:

What needs to be done is the following.
- Gather information on those 3 scammers an combine it. Can be on this site or some other domain.
- A new domain. A .net or .com would be better since it's better indexed
- Assign some people to investigate on a law suit. As stated those guys are located and registered in the US of A. Which mean they can easily held guilty for their actions since they did not intent nor can fulflll on the ICO terms.

- Lastly we should share this site/bitcointalk thread by social media. So no more victims can be made. Both Justin as the other have other companies and which they probably practise the same kind of illegal business.
