It is easy to say this with a newbie account. There is a lack of response from the customer care i guess as the user SyGambler complaints about the lack of support system and another user Bidav complaints about the ID verification procedure for a bitcoin based gambling site which is weired and even after sending the verification details his account is limited it seems,like to see the official response from the admin.
