It's not a rumor. The Rise dev fund is currently in a Bittrex account and being moved to a permanent Rise wallet address for everyone to monitor. Rise address will be published here.

Everybody knows why you guys stored you coins there... You wanted to dump those bogus coins..
I remember that in the start there was also heavy dumping. Even under the ICO price.. So that were you guys.

I remember that too after the ICO these scammers dumps a lot I was so upset the day after the ICO end the value drop a lot! I hate these scammers a lot! Lazy people, they don't work,,,all they do is to lie to get free money....if you believe in God you will end up in hell and if you don't. Karma will make you pay very heavily!
