I just ordered this Biostar TB250-BTC from my local supplier. Supplier says it will arrive this Friday. I'm near China, but not in China.

No, sadly, im still waiting on other people to confirm if it is indeed possible, I have been running my two boards with 4 cards each riser free just like Phil.
I do however remember someone sharing that they got 7 cards working on the MSI Z170 Krait3X. Here is the thread :
I have done a mistake presuming that a 7 PCI-E board would take 6 GPUs and got the MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING 3X 
along with G3930 CPU and 2X4GB HyperX DDR4.
Please advice what board should I get to still be able to use the RAM and CPU with 6 RX470s.
Why on earth someone would build a 7 slot PCI-E board which cannot run more than 3 at a time

Update bios to last version. Enable in bios "4G Decoding" and you'll run all 7 GPUs on this mobo
