What would be the impact on ICN if BTC crashes because of ETF likely rejection in the coming weeks? 
I think USD price will remain +- the same like now. The ICN/BTC ratio will probably increase because people will invest again in altcoins/tokens but since
1 BTC is worth less USD it will compensate the higher ratio.
So I think it will stay the same, just like before this bitcoin rally...
