Hi, what happened on that coupon is that it contains 2 tips on matches that were not played and postponed.
According to our rules when a match is not played during the week of the coupon, it is canceled and the initial stake refunded.
That is my coupon, too had 2 matches are postponed. Actually I did not know about the exact rules if there is a postponed/cancelled macth, but it is OK as it is only a free coupon.
