I can't imagine the pain and then the joy one would have gone through by betting on Moonlight and having La La Land being announced as the winner at first. The odds were terrible though for La La Land.
i can see their face has been change from happiness became to sadness but at least they still have the best actress even not win for the best pictures and indeed this is the most embarrassing moment on Oscar history 
Moonlight was a very good movie and this is the first mess up i have seen in Oscar history and the second humiliating thing after the miss universe mess up. Really embarrassing moment.One of the most epic mix-up in the history of the Academy Awards. I read somewhere that one of the factors for the mix-up is the faulty design of the envelope
Because this is the first time they choose someone to make a design other than Marc something something which has been designing the enveloped since 2011. So blame it on the envelope..
