I am in the same situation as you so please keep me updated. It is really unfair that they have counted my Manchester United as my first bet and not refund me the second bet I made on Southampton. I had only placed the second after I discovered the first didn't actually qualify for the promotion. They sent me an email saying "Please be noted that your second bet did not qualify for MoneyBack because it was the first one that did, even though it was settled as a win." which is bullshit. The bet on manchester was never protected by MoneyBack, only the Southampton.

They are just using this as an excuse to not pay us back our 0.1BTC. I am 100% sure that if Southampton had won, they would just say that the bet on Manchester didn't qualify for the promotion.
