Extremely disappointed with Nitrogen (and their support staff).

A while back, they implemented a policy that requires players deposits to be confirmed in order to place a bet. Pain in the ass, sure, but understandable. Problem: they can't do anything to speed up confirmations. Problem 2: they state multiple times that we need to wait until the blockchain confirms it in order to play. Problem 3: Nowhere in their TOS do they state this policy.

Situation today: I deposit, and go to make a bet. Bet rejected 10+ times because 0 confirmations. The bet was for Estoril vs. Benefica corners over 10.5 for .134 btc @ -113 odds. Fine. I wait and bet something else. Then, I go back to my deposit history and find that I've had an unconfirmed deposit lingering for 15 hours! I check the blockchain, and it is, indeed, unconfirmed. But now, Nitro is letting me place bets.....with an unconfirmed deposit.

How am I betting at all? I've lost .23btc on  your site today, all whilst I have had an unconfirmed deposit. Yet, you refused 1 of my wagers and allowed others. What the heck?

Ohh yeah - their "all deposits must be confirmed" works for when you want to withdraw. I guess it's just for when you want to place a bet that they enact the requirement.
